99 TREMONT STREET RESIDENCES
Puzzle: To redevelop a vacant, underutilized site for a residential project, keeping in mind issues of parking and the context of the neighborhood.
Solution: The inclusion of neighborhood views, rooftop gardens and terraces, attention to facade articulation and fenestration, courtyard spaces, the creation of a pedestrian environment, and the utilization the language of the local vernacular; integrated with a 69 unit residential development and 94 on site garage and street parking, display the attentive nature and design intensity of B.Goba and Associates. Project is still under development.
